Reserve the Pavilion
Please complete the following form to reserve the pavilion for your event at least 2 weeks before your event.
A refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve the pavilion. A refund will be given when the following has been complied with. Failure to comply may result in denial of any further use of the pavilion. Please note that current WCA membership is required to reserve the pavilion.

Failure to comply with the general park rules or with any of the conditions listed, will result in the forfeit of the returnable cleanup fee and, also, may result in denial of any future use of the pavilion:
- I agree, I will clear the park, playground, and pavilion area of any trash or items discarded by my party goers. I agree, the pavilion floor, tables and benches will be free of any traces of food.
- Immediately at the conclusion of the event, I agree, I will collect and remove from the park all trash, trash bags, bottles, cans or any recycling generated from this event.
- I agree, if either of the charcoal grills are used, I will thoroughly clean and rinse them down, so that no trace of food remains.
- Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all WCA members, family members and guests, while utilizing the WCA park, pavilion and playground areas, acknowledge doing so at their own risk and should use CDC safety precautions and recommendations. For information, please visit www.cdc.gov/coronavirus
You will be contacted by the park coordinator regarding the status of your reservation and to give instructions for submitting your check or money order.
By submitting this form, I agree that I will abide by the general park rules and comply with all of the conditions listed above to have my pavilion usage fee refunded.
Please note: When the request includes the use of any type of water feature, such as a waterslide, a fee of $75 to offset added water usage is required to be submitted.
