If you would like a key card to the park, there are three steps to complete and then your card will be delivered to you.
1. Pay the annual Woodlands Civic Association Dues (see above)
2. Download the Woodlands Civic Association Terms and Conditions of Park Usage form, complete and sign it.

We are looking forward to you joining!
- If we increase our membership past our current 290 members, it will allow us to have a large enough budget to take care of the subdivision and the park even better than now.
- The $75 dollar annual fee is a great deal – check out other subdivision dues!
- We have a great park and extra funds would allow us to upgrade it even more!
- The WCA helps house values go up! Having the subdivision residences keep their fence and yard maintained will have a positive effect on values in the subdivision.
- A greater member base will allow us to organize more fun community activities!
