Lend a hand for The Woodlands

The following list gives you an idea of the tasks we take on to keep the Woodlands running smoothly. The list is not exhaustive and the time commitment is an estimate. Some tasks are “one off” for the year and require as little as an hour to take care of.  Rather than allowing just a handful of residents to do everything please take on a task however small!!

Wed Site Content Coordinator	Checks website for consistency and facilitates submissions to web master. (No website experience required)	1-3 Hrs / Month	1
Email Master (New Position)	Keep up to date email list and communicate	1-2hrs / Month	1
Sign Master	Makes announcements via the notice board at the front.	2 hrs / Month	1
Park Manager	Monitors the overall condition of the park facilities & security.
Park Events Coordinator	Takes reservations from member for sports & party events

Membership Drive – Mailing (October)	Print, copy, stuff and mail  invoices for next year’s membership drive.	3-8 Hrs	1-3 People

Newsletter Editor	Compiles Newsletter and send to printer.	8hrs / Issue (4 Issues / year)	1
