Dear Fellow Woodlands Residents, we hope your summer was amazing and you were able to enjoy vacations and outdoor activities even with the heat. We are writing to ask for donations to help us fix The Woodlands back wall where the long, extensive construction project along EE Williamson contributed to the imperative need to repair, clean, and repaint, in order that the back wall’s appearance affirms that The Woodlands is a highly desirable community.
We are not a mandatory HOA, so we need participation from you!

Our Backwall Needs an Upgrade!!
Goals for the project:

Goals for the project:
- Pressure Washing - ~$1,500
- Repairs for cracks, unstable blocks, holes - ~$2,500
- Removal of palm tree, repairs to planter box - $500
- Paint entire back wall - ~$10,000
- Addition of Solar Lighting - $500 (At 3 back entrances)
